At $100 a pop these floorboards are to costly to replace. If u ride state Line you are going to break one sooner or later. may have a solution. I copied Cob's protectors from another forum but I made a few changes. I will add pics and dimensions once I know I am done making mods to them. Basically u need 2 pieces of 3/16 aluminum 17"x10" make a 90 degree bend of 1 11/2' and use your floorboard to mark the mounting and drain holes. These plates go BETWEEN the floorboard and the ATV brackets. I contoured mine to the outside of the floorboards. The one change I am going to make is to add 4" to the length so i can make a bend up inside the front and bk wheel wells. So far these things have worked great. They make your floorboards solid as a rock. I have about $20 in them so far total. Maybe $5 more to get the extra added for the wheel wells. If anyone is interested after I get done and add pics I have a local aluminum guy who would probably build some (minus the hole) at reasonable price. I would then be happy to handle that at no charge but you pay the shipping. Or u can deal with him directly. Also I had him tack a piece of diamond plate on the lip that sticks up out side the lip of the floorboards. I think my son is going to make a set for his Suzuki Vinson.
