It appears its only for the CEO's and nobody else can ride for them. Honda, Bomb, Arctic Cat has been served the invite. The others are still in transit.

The list of companies whose CEOs are willing to back up claims of their ATV toughness has narrowed by one. Polaris received official word yesterday that Yamaha CEO Takashi Kajikawa has declined to compete in The Duel.
On a related note, it seems other ATV companies are following Yamaha's lead as an article published in Brandweek magazine quotes Arctic Cat marketing communications director John Tranby as saying, "We're obviously not going to attend [The Duel]." Polaris will wait for an offical response from Arctic Cat before formally reporting on their intention to bow out.

Maybe they need to send him a counter offer for an endurance Ride where only repair that can be made is a flat tire.

Today, Polaris CEO Tom Tiller announced that, after giving an extension and sending petitions from riders directly to the offices of the CEOs he challenged, none of them stepped forward to agree to compete in The Duel.
"Maybe they knew what I know," Tom declared, "which is Polaris builds The World's Toughest ATVsĀ®. And only Polaris can make that claim."

This a real good opportunity for a group of folks with all the major brands and a video camera to have a real good time and get alot of exposure for the sport. I even notice a few CEO types in the SSB's. Youtube loves this kind of thing. Is there a Fedex package in Your future?

Tell him to send one my way, This would be fun. GGet his Address, I'll see if he think his machine is up for an endurance ride "Nascar Style".
